"Sau-Shilpkaar" literally translates to (roughly, anyway) "One Hundred Creations" and luckily for us, it is a title that was so easily derived from the names our parents gave us - Saurajit and Shilpi.
Our aim here is to write a piece (we're calling it a piece since at this point in time, we have no idea what this will evolve to, if anything) that is itself composed of a hundred pieces of writing - fifty to Saurajit and fifty to Shilpi. We're doing an "alternate pair-writing exercise" (a long term coined by us, I guess) - well, that's the current plan anyway.
This might be the most pointless thing you've ever read, this might be the funniest thing you have ever read, this might be the most refreshing thing you've ever read - we can't say. What we CAN say is that we had fun/are having fun while writing it and we believe that something done with joy is sure to give joy as well.
